Peter West founded Bishop West Property Managers in 2022 with a vision of providing dependable, personalized community association management built on trust, transparency, and long-term value.
Beginning with a small portfolio of condominium associations, Peter established a reputation for responsive communication, sound financial oversight, and dedicated service to both board members and residents. As relationships grew and referrals followed, the company expanded to serve communities throughout Southwest Florida.
Today, our team of licensed community association managers combines local expertise with a hands-on approach to every community we serve.
